Phrases

  • Set Units (US is default)

    • Alexa, ask baby stats to:

      • set units to metric set units to us

  • Set Timezone: You will need to set the timezone when you first start using Baby Stats, and you can also change it using this command.

    • Alexa, ask baby stats to:

      • set timezone {pacific, central, eastern, mountain, atlantic, hawaiian, alaska, arizona, germany, united kingdom, and india}

  • Add Stat:

    • Alexa, ask baby stats to:

      • add {stool, poop}

      • add {wet, pee}

      • add {feeding, meal, bottle}

      • add {pump, pumping} 3 ounces

      • add pump 100 ml

      • add pumping {Y} ounces

      • add {sleep} 1 hour

      • add {sleep} 1 hour 30 minutes

      • add weight {X} pounds and {Y} ounces {NOTE: X and Y can only be whole numbers}

  • Optional Feeding Data: Feedings you can optionally track ounces/milliliters, breast side {left, right, both} or minutes. It is not required. If you don't want those you can just omit them.

    • Alexa, ask baby stats to:

      • add feeding 4 point 5 ounces

        • You can say "X ounces", or "X point Y ounces". Y can only be increments to the nearest quarter ounce (.25).

      • add feeding 100 ml

      • add feeding left breast

      • add feeding 3 ounces with the left breast

      • add feeding 20 minutes

      • add feeding 20 minutes with the left breast

  • Add at a specific time:

    • Alexa, ask baby stats to:

      • add {stool, poop} at 4 pm

      • add {sleep} 1 hour at 3:45 am

      • add {wet, pee} at 3:40 am

      • add {feeding, meal, bottle} at noon

      • add {feeding, meal, bottle} 4.5 ounces at noon

      • add {feeding, meal, bottle} 200 ml at noon

      • add {feeding, meal, bottle} 30 minutes left breast at noon

      • add pumping 3 ounces at noon add kick at noon

  • Timers:

    • Alexa, ask baby stats to:

      • Feeding:

        • start feeding

        • start feeding at 3 pm

        • stop feeding

        • stop feeding at 4 pm

        • start feeding left breast

        • stop feeding right breast

        • start feeding left breast at 4 pm

        • stop feeding right breast at 3 am

      • Sleep

  • Remove Stat:

  • Adding Multiple:

      • add {stool, wet or feeding} and {stool, wet or feeding}

      • add {stool, wet or feeding} and {stool, wet or feeding} at 4 pm

      • add {feeding} 4.5 ounces and {stool, wet} at 4 pm

      • add {feeding} 4.5 ounces with the left side and {stool, wet} at 4 pm

  • Get Stats:

    • Alexa, ask baby stats:

      • when was the last {poop, pee, note, weight, sleep, pumping, kick, feeding}

      • what time was the last {poop, pee, note, weight, sleep, pumping, kick, feeding}

    • Alexa, ask baby stats to get stats:

      • for today

      • for the last year

      • for the last 24 hours

      • for the last 30 minutes

      • for the last 7 days

    • Alexa, ask baby stats how many:

      • feedings in the last 2 days

      • stools in the last 24 hours

      • wets in the last 30 minutes

      • pumpings in the last 24 hours

      • kicks in the last 24 hours

      • sleep in the last 24 hours

  • Data Sharing/Sync with other devices:

    • Alexa ask baby stats to:

      • get ID

        • You can enter this ID into the mobile apps, or set it on another device.

      • set ID #####

        • Where ##### is the ID of the account you want to track.

        • You need to speak the ID as individual numbers. If the ID is 12345 you should say "one two three four five." This may take a couple tries, but don't be afraid of messing up it will ask for confirmation first and there is also a restore command if you make a mistake.

  • Multiple Babies:

    • Once you have configured your account for multiple babies in the Baby Stats mobile app (and added babies). All phrases can be used as it and they will track against your default baby. When you want to specify a baby you just add the phrase "for {babyName}" at the end.

      • Alexa, ask baby stats to:

        • add wet for Coleman

        • add stool for Vaughn

        • add feeding 3 ounces for Coleman

        • start feeding for Coleman

        • what time was the last feeding for Vaughn

        • get stats for today for Vaughn
